We’re based in the UK and ship worldwide. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse.

  • Free shipping automatically applies at £40+ (including any discounts).
  • Tracking is provided on every UK order.
  • Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Standard delivery is FREE on all Subscribe and Save orders.

 International Shipping

  • We happily ship to almost every country worldwide.
  • Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Typical carriers: Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked & Signed (3–14 business days depending on country).
  • Delivery times vary:
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • USA, Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days
  • You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country. These are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by your local customs office or courier upon delivery.

Important Notes

  • Processing time: Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Pre-orders & back-ordered items: If part of your order is awaiting stock, we’ll either ship everything together (at no extra cost) or ship available items first — you choose at checkout.
  • Lost or delayed parcels: Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for carrier delays or loss, but we’ll always assist with claims and reship or refund if tracking shows the parcel is officially lost.
  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
